Temporary Closure of the Atwater Boulevard On-Ramp to Northbound State Route 99 in Atwater - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will temporarily close the Atwater Boulevard on-ramp to northbound State Route 99 (SR-99).
Motorists wanting to travel north on SR-99 should enter the freeway using the Applegate Road on-ramp to northbound SR-99.
The closure will begin on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Full Closure of the John “Chuck” Erreca State Rest Area on Interstate 5 in Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the John “Chuck” Erreca State Rest Area on northbound and southbound Interstate 5 in Merced County. Because the rest area will be without water, it will be closed and unavailable to motorists and the public during this time.
