Roadwork for the week of 4/5/09 – 4/11/09 for San Joaquin County

Interstate 5 at State Route 4 (Crosstown Freeway) in Stockton - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be repairing and treating the bridge decks on Interstate 5 (I-5), State Route 4 (SR-4) (Crosstown Freeway) and Pershing Avenue. All ramp closures will take place alternately. No two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time. Closures will occur as follows:

· The eastbound/westbound SR-4 (Crosstown Freeway) connector-ramp to northbound I-5 will be closed beginning Sunday, April 5, 2009, at 9:00 p.m. to Monday, April 6, 2009, at 5:00 a.m.;

Interstate 5 in Stockton - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be doing crack sealing on the on/off-ramps on Interstate 5 (I-5) between French Camp road and 8th Street. All ramp closures will take place intermittently and alternately. No two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time. Closures will occur as follows:

· The French Camp Road on-ramp to northbound I-5 will be closed beginning Tuesday, April 7, 2009, to Friday, April 10, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;

Interstate 5 in Vernalis - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the #2 (right) lane eastbound on State Route 132 at Lone Tree Creek Bridge and the off-ramp to northbound Interstate 5 on April 9, 2009, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Interstate 5 in San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be doing construction on northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5) at the following locations:

· The northbound #1 (left), #2(middle) and #3 (right) lanes on I-5 from 11th Street (old US 50) to the junction of SR-205 will be alternately closed beginning Monday, April 6, 2009, through Friday, April 10, 2009, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for road construction.
