SOUTHBOUND STATE ROUTE 99 BETWEEN STATE ROUTE 140 AND STATE ROUTE 59 IN MERCED COUNTY

Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the following ramps on State Route 99:

• Southbound off-ramp to State Route 140 east,
• Southbound on-ramp at State Route 59/J Street, and
• Southbound off-ramp at State Route 59/J Street

Crews will perform electrical work in this area.

Work will occur on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 15 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change based on weather conditions.
