Amador County -

State Route 88 from Pioneer Creek Road to just east of Defender Grade Road in Amador County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will have one-way traffic control on State Route 88 from Pioneer Creek Road to just east of Defender Grade Road in Amador County.

Work will begin on Monday, July 28, 2008, through Friday, August 1, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Crews will be widening the road in this location.

Motorists should expect 20 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

This work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change based on weather conditions.

The contractor for this $819,888 project is Teichert Construction of Stockton, CA.

Calaveras County –

State Route 4 from Rolleri Bypass Road to Davis Ranch Road in Calaveras County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be working on State Route 4 (SR-4) from Rolleri Bypass Road to Davis Ranch Road. Notice of Intent for the SR-99/South Stockton Widening Project

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), in coordination with FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) the City of Stockton, San Joaquin County and the San Joaquin County Council of Governments, is proposing to widen State Route 99 from four to six lanes with improvements to interchanges and local streets in San Joaquin County between the Arch Road Interchange and the State Route 4 (Crosstown Freeway) Interchange.

A project-level conformity analysis shows that the project will conform with the State Implementation Plan, including the localized impact analysis for Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Paarticulate Matter (PM 10 and PM 2.5) as required by 40 CFR 93.116 and 93.123. Hatch Road On-Ramp to Southbound SR-99 Closed in Stanislaus County

Stanislaus County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has closed the Hatch Road on-ramp to southbound State Route 99 in Stanislaus County due to a mudslide at this location. The ramp will be closed until geotechnical studies are complete and a repair identified.

The detour is:
· East Hatch Road to
· Herndon Road to
· Whitmore Avenue.

Motorists should expect 10 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.
