Northbound and Southbound On and Off-Ramps on Interstate 5 in Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will do guard rail and construction work on the on and off-ramps on northbound and southbound Interstate 5 (I-5). All ramp closures will take place alternately. No two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time.

Northbound and Southbound State Route 99 from Owens Creek to the Merced/Madera County line in Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will alternately close the #1 (left) and #2 (right) lanes and the right shoulder on northbound and southbound State Route 99 from Owens Creek to the Merced/Madera County Line.
Work will begin on Monday, October 5, 2009, through Friday, October 9, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
