Merced/Stanislaus County Line in Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the left shoulder, #1 (left) and #2 (right) lanes, right shoulder and median, alternately, on southbound and northbound Interstate 5 (I-5) from the Fresno/Merced County line to the Merced/Stanislaus County line.

State Route 99 from McHenry Road to Griffith Road in Merced County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be closing the right shoulder on northbound and southbound State Route 99 from McHenry Road to Griffith Road.
Work will begin on Monday, October 6, 2008, through Friday, October 10, 2008, from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
