Roadwork for the week of 3/29/09 – 4/4/09 for San Joaquin County

Interstate 5 at State Route 4 (Crosstown Freeway) in Stockton - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be repairing and treating the bridge decks on Interstate 5 (I-5) and State Route 4 (SR-4) (Crosstown Freeway). All ramp closures will take place alternately. No two consecutive ramps will be closed at the same time. Closures will occur as follows:

· The Charter Way/SR-4 on-ramp to northbound I-5 will be closed beginning Monday, March 30, 2009, through Saturday, April 4, 2009, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.;

State Route 99 in Lodi - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will intermittently close the Armstrong Road on-ramp to northbound and southbound State Route 99 (SR-99) and the northbound and southbound SR-99 off-ramp to Armstrong Road beginning Monday, March 30, 2009, through Friday, April 3, 2009, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Signs will be posted advising motorists to use the next available northbound/southbound on-ramp and off-ramp.

State Route 88 in San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will do a temporary full closure on State Route 88 between Baker and Pezzi Roads on Sunday, March 29, 2009, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. to allow crews to install utility lines across the highway.

Interstate 5 in Stockton - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the Pershing Avenue on-ramp to southbound Interstate 5 Wednesday, April 1, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to allow crews to do bridge maintenance.
