Interstate 5 at State Route 4 (Crosstown Freeway) in Stockton - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will be repairing and treating the bridge decks on Interstate 5 (I-5) and State Route 4 (SR-4) (Crosstown Freeway). Lane and ramp closures will occur as follows:
· The Charter Way/SR-4 on-ramp to northbound I-5 will be closed beginning Monday, April 13, 2009, through Friday, April 17, 2009, from 8:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.;

State Route 12 in San Joaquin County - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will alternately close the eastbound/westbound lanes on State Route 12 between Potato Slough and Guard Road.
Work will begin Monday, April 13, 2009, through Thursday, April 16, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
